BEFORE WE POUR
No. Clients purchase and provide all alcoholic beverages. Pour Decisions provides the bartending service and included non-alcoholic supplies.
Every package includes professional bartending, bar tools and equipment, ice, plastic cups, standard mixers, cocktail napkins, straws/stirrers, a water station, setup and breakdown, a pre-event consultation, and a custom alcohol shopping list. Signature and Full Pour Decisions add signature cocktails, mocktail selections, garnishes, and a custom drink menu.
Don’t worry about figuring it out yourself. Every package includes a customized alcohol shopping list based on your guest count, service time and drink menu.
Yes. Standard mixers appropriate for your agreed-upon drink menu and guest count are included with every package.
Yes. Signature Pour includes 2 mocktail selections, and Full Pour Decisions includes 3. Additional mocktails can be added to any eligible event for $35 each.
Yes. Full Pour Decisions includes custom cocktail creation, or it can be added to other packages for $75 each.
Yes. Appropriate quantities based on the contracted guest count and service duration are included. Extra ice is cost + $20; extra cups are cost + $15.
Not as standard. Glassware can be arranged as an additional rental or quoted service.
It depends on guest count, menu complexity, venue layout and expected volume. A second bar setup may be recommended or required. An additional bar setup is $300 and includes an additional bartender, service station, equipment, and supplies.
Travel within 30 miles of New Braunfels is included in every package. Travel beyond the included radius is $1 per mile round-trip, confirmed in your quote.
Weddings, birthdays, engagement parties, graduations, corporate events, holiday parties, and private events.
Once availability and your quote are confirmed, a 20% retainer fee is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Sending an inquiry does not reserve your date.
Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event, with pricing adjusted if necessary. Let us know about changes so we can update your bar plan.
Pour Decisions reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any guest when necessary for responsible service or legal compliance. Alcohol service is for guests 21 and over; guests should have a valid photo ID available. We do not serve minors or guests who are intoxicated.
